16: Business Bonus: Feel Empowered, Create Change

Do you feel empowered to create change in your own life?

You should, and that’s what I am talking about in my first business bonus episode here on the show.

I am talking a little bit about how I created Beeson Veterinary Behavior Solutions, why I created it to be different from other pet behavior programs, and how that led me to create a coaching program for veterinarians and other pet professionals.

The reason I’m sharing this story is to show you the journey of empowerment that I’ve been on, and how you can go on your own.

Whether you’re a pet owner or a pet professional I know you will love this episode and the rest of my business bonus episodes because feeling empowered is so valuable, no matter who you are.

What We Cover in Today’s Episode

  • Why empowerment is so valuable

  • Tackling the mindset at the root of your feelings

  • How to rebuild a life that you love

  • Taking responsibility for how you show up

  • Playing to your unique strengths

  • Recognizing your own red flags

  • What empowerment is

  • The two types of confidence

  • Believing in yourself

You have the capacity to do everything that you want to do. Believe in your own ability to make the changes you want to see and follow through on your plan, even when it’s hard.

Take a moment to look at your own life. Where are you struggling with your confidence? Where are you struggling to make decisions? Start making little decisions and owning them, even if it's deciding what you want to eat for dinner tonight. The more you show up for yourself, the more your confidence will grow.

If you’re interested in working with me on this and you want to see if we would be a good fit, you can schedule a free professional coaching consultation at www.stephaniebeeson.com/professional-coaching.
